What to include

• The license key, or the email address on the subscription
• Your operating system and the app version, for a desktop question
• What you expected, and what happened

Look up a license and open billing from My Account. Installers are on the download page. Product walkthroughs are in Guides.

Client details

Redaction happens on your computer. You choose what, if anything, goes to an AI.

Originals stay untouched on the lawyer's computer. Anything sent to AI tools shows placeholders instead of client details.

We do not operate a ChatGPT plugin or any other feature that uploads documents to Lex Orchestra. If you paste text into a third-party AI tool, that transfer is yours.

Pricing

The first 100 founders get $19/month or $190/year, locked for life. The rate does not go up for as long as you keep your subscription. After the 100 founder seats are filled, standard pricing is $39/month or $390/year. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No card required. See the pricing section.
