Subprocessors

Lex Redactus processes your documents on your own computer. None of the providers below receives your document content, redacted output, entity maps, or certificates from the Software. They process only the account, license, billing, email, and support data described in the Privacy Policy.

Installer and update downloads are served from a distribution host. That host sees your IP address and ordinary request data. It will be named on this page before launch. It does not receive document content from the Software.
Not subprocessors
These parties do not process customer personal data for us: Porkbun (domain registrar); Apple notarization (app builds only); Microsoft Defender SmartScreen and Apple Gatekeeper (operating-system checks on your device, under your operating-system vendor's terms).
Third-party AI tools you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, are not our subprocessors. Text you paste there is sent by you under that provider's terms. We do not operate a ChatGPT plugin or any other feature that uploads documents to Lex Orchestra.
Changes
